DJ ADDICTION

My latest project was a rebranding package for Raquel Hernandez, also known as DJ Addiction. Raquel is an open-format DJ who plays both private events and regular venues in LA. You can catch her spinning every first Friday at Redline Bar in Downtown LA and every third Saturday at Club Ripples in Long Beach.

Her style? Urban with a splash of SoHo. NYC girl at heart. Favorite thing about DJ-ing? The crowd. "I love to watch people move to my music and lock in to my energy." Her inspirations? DJ AM (rest in peace) and DJ Vice. "They are both so unique when it comes to music and the open format concept. DJ AM was a killer on the turntables. I don't necessarily try to sound like them, but they remind me that it's okay to be different and sound different."
